I realize that these are long over due. It took me forever to get through everything that I took and decide what to do with all the gems I had. Whitney and Noah had a fabulous wedding and I feel honored to have been part of that. Here are a few from the day!

Fourth of July weekend, my brother and his wife stayed at our place! That meant that We got to hang with my handsome little nephew, Aidric! We took some fun ones of all his cute faces. I love this boy! :o)

Evan and Family

Jen and Eric had their little baby boy! His name is Evan, and though we had to work pretty darn hard to get him calmed down enough for some pictures by himself, I think they turned out wonderful! Thanks to Eric for letting me do the tattoo shot! I have seen this once before and have always wanted to do it! I think the contrast is amazing. You guys are awesome and I hope you are enjoying your newest addition!

My Very First Wedding...

I shot my very first wedding yesterday. It was quiet the experience, despite getting a bit too much sun, I think it was a good one. I need to give a big shout out to my best bud Wendhy from Wendhy Jeffers Photography who was my other shooter (no one in their right mind would call her their second shooter!). Wendhy you made yesterday really fun and I am sooooooo glad that you were there. Thanks for your great ideas, wonderful timing and for just being you! Oh and for telling me to take some pain killer before bed...best advice of the night as far as I am concerned!

To the wonderful Hulme family....thanks for being flexible and generally just awesome! To the Malan Family...you guys have a fab house and yard! Thanks for letting everyone take it over and make it perfect for Whitney and Noah!

And for the record, I am not a Wedding Photographer at heart. While I had fun yesterday I don't think I am cut out for it in general. So you friends of mine that have yet to get hitched, if you ask me nicely I will probably do it for you, but you would be better off hiring someone like Wendhy cause not only does she ROCK, she loves the job!

Here are some Bridal and Bride/Groom shots I did for my sister's good friend Whitney and her hubby-to-be Noah (yes...my sister is best buds with another Whitney...small world huh?)

I don't normally shoot weddings.  In fact, they are one of my least favorite things to shoot!  But I tell you what, if all my brides were as lovely, easy to guide/pose, and fun as Whitney is I would be happy to do them every day!!  Noah thanks for keep us laughing!  You two were awesome and I can't wait for the actual wedding day!
